Refund policy

At the Numbing Spot, your satisfaction is our priority. Please advice our returns & refunds policy to guide you through the process of returning an item. 

1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Returns are not accepted for any other reason, including incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Non-returnable Items: We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used for health and safety reasons. No refunds can be issued for used or opened products.

     

Return Process:

  • If your product is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service at info@thenumbingspot.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, the product(s) in question, and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item so your request can be processed as quick as possible.
  • If your return request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and you will receive guidelines for the return process.
  • Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

2. Refunds

Refund Process: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment. Please note cannot offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
